This strategic acquisition reinforces NexSpace's commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and environmentally responsible colocation services while addressing the growing digital infrastructure needs of the region.
Facility Capacity
The Graz data center spans a total area of 1,120 square meters and has a total power capacity of 3.6 MW, with a fully built-out potential of 4 MW. Currently, the facility operates with a Live Power capacity of 2.75 MW. The technical space available for IT equipment, or Fully Built-Out Whitespace, is 1,000 square meters, offering ample room for scalable deployments.
Facility Specifications
The data center is designed for exceptional energy efficiency, achieving a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.15, making it one of the most energy-efficient facilities in Europe. It leverages advanced cooling technologies, including water-cooled systems and climate cabinets with indirect free cooling, ensuring both high operational reliability and sustainability.
