The data center offers On-Net products including IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services, providing robust and reliable connectivity solutions for tenants.

Racks are configured with a height of 42 U and dimensions of 600 x 1000 mm. Power options include 1x6 amp, 1x10 amp, and 1x16 amp circuits (AC/230V), or alternatively, a 1x32 amp circuit (DC/48V) to meet varying customer power requirements.

The facility includes 500 m² (4,690 sqft) of raised floor colocation space. Access is controlled 24x7 through card access systems combined with NOC intercom for enhanced security.

Cooling is managed by HIROSS HVAC units, comprising 5 units rated at 40kW each and 1 unit rated at 20kW, ensuring efficient temperature regulation within the data center.

Power backup is supported by two diesel generators: a 400 KW AUSONIA unit and a 40 KW IVECO unit. The facility includes a 3000-liter diesel tank and automatic transfer switches for seamless power failover.

Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is provided by multiple modules: two Benning UPS modules at 40kVA each, one GE UPS module at 80kVA, one GE UPS module at 20kVA, five Benning UPS modules at 20kVA each (all AC/230V), and six Benning DC modules at 10.8 kVA each (DC/48V).

The battery room supports DC/48V power with two strings of batteries to maintain power continuity.

The data center employs comprehensive fire detection and suppression systems, including above and below floor smoke detectors, FM 200 fire suppression tanks, Siemens/Cerberus early warning and detection systems, and a preaction dry pipe sprinkler system to ensure maximum safety.

The facility supports a power capacity of 0.4 MW with a white space of 500 m². It offers a range of colocation options such as full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and remote hands services. The network ecosystem includes 7 peering networks, 2 network providers, and 2 tenants offering colocation services.
