The Marilyn facility is a pioneer in sustainable architecture, balancing high performance computing with a reduced environmental footprint. By implementing advanced thermal recovery systems, the data center redirects warm air generated by servers to heat adjacent office spaces. This circular energy approach, combined with optimized cooling, allows the facility to achieve a highly competitive Power Usage Effectiveness PUE of 1.3, significantly lower than traditional industry averages.

Designed to accommodate modern power hungry hardware, the data center supports high density deployments with ease. Each rack is engineered to handle a maximum power capacity of 10 kVA, ensuring that intensive workloads from cloud computing to AI processing remain stable. The infrastructure supports a fully built out power capacity of 3 MW, providing the necessary capacity to keep 200 racks running at peak performance.

Adhering to strict Tier IV standards, the facility is built on the principle of fault tolerance. The entire electrical chain is fully doubled with 2N redundancy, extending from the Uninterruptible Power Supply systems to the standby power generators. This ensures that even in the event of a total component failure or planned maintenance, the always on nature of the data center remains uncompromised, providing maximum uptime for mission critical data.

Located near Paris, the site offers a versatile physical footprint tailored to various client needs. The initial facility spans 600 square meters, but the design accounts for a total whitespace of 2,300 square meters at full build out. Clients can choose from a range of housing options including full or partial cabinets, shared rackspace, dedicated cages, and specific footprints, all supported by on site Remote Hands for technical assistance.

Security at the Marilyn facility is both digital and physical, anchored by its ISO 27001 certification. The perimeter and interior are protected through a rigorous multi factor authentication process involving biometric access control and card readers. Continuous CCTV surveillance monitors all zones, ensuring that only authorized personnel interact with the hardware, thereby maintaining a high trust environment for sensitive corporate data.

To protect the physical integrity of the hardware, the data center utilizes a sophisticated high pressure water mist automatic fire suppression system designed to extinguish threats while minimizing collateral damage to electronic components. Connectivity is equally robust, featuring a carrier neutral environment with four network providers and two peering networks, ensuring high speed low latency data transfer across the globe.
