This classification represents the highest level of data center reliability, signifying a fully fault tolerant infrastructure. In practice, this means every component from power distribution to cooling is redundant, ensuring that any technical incident or maintenance activity can occur without ever impacting IT production. This zero downtime architecture is designed for enterprises with mission critical data that requires 100 percent availability.

Safety at the campus is governed by a multi layered bunker style physical security strategy. The facility features a fenced perimeter and a single entry point controlled by a mantrap (intelligent airlock). Access is strictly managed through high level authentication methods, including biometrics and card access control. The entire site is under 24/7 surveillance, supported by CCTV and advanced intrusion detection systems. Fire safety is reinforced through a dedicated high sensitivity detection system designed to protect the physical integrity of the hardware.

Environmental responsibility is central to the facility design, reflected in its remarkable Power Usage Effectiveness of less than 1.2. This performance is achieved through the use of Indirect Free Cooling, a technology that leverages external air temperatures to cool the data halls and significantly reduce carbon emissions. Campus operations comply with ISO 50001 for energy management and ISO 14001 for environmental management, ensuring that high performance computing aligns with sustainability goals.

To push the boundaries of efficiency, Thésée DataCenter integrates an AI driven solution that monitors and optimizes resource usage in real time. This intelligence focuses on cooling systems, dynamically adjusting performance based on the thermal load of IT equipment. By combining mechanical innovation such as Indirect Free Cooling with software intelligence, the data center maximizes cooling capacity while minimizing electricity consumption, supporting power densities of up to 30 kW per rack.

The campus is engineered for long term expansion, with a total projected surface area of 6,400 square meters. The master plan includes six distinct buildings, each containing two 534 square meter data rooms. This modular approach enables flexible deployment models ranging from partial cabinets and shared racks to private cages and fully dedicated buildings. With power capacities ranging from 1 to 3 MW per building, the infrastructure scales seamlessly with client requirements.

Beyond physical protection, the facility places strong emphasis on digital sovereignty and cyber defense. Cybersecurity operations are managed by a dedicated team of experts who implement rigorous protection frameworks.
