To ensure maximum reliability and flexibility, the site features five geographically diverse building entry points and a sophisticated structured interconnect system, facilitating low cost, high speed connections between any point in Paris East and Paris West.

Operating to Tier III+ standards, Global Switch Paris is engineered for high availability and mission critical performance. The facility boasts a fully built out power capacity of 34 MW, providing the heavy duty energy resources required for high density hardware. This power infrastructure is highly reconfigurable, allowing for bespoke solutions that can scale alongside a client’s evolving technological requirements while maintaining a focus on energy efficiency.

To guarantee 100% uptime, the facility utilizes a comprehensive redundancy architecture across all critical systems. Power is protected by a 2N Uninterruptible Power Supply configuration, ensuring that energy delivery remains constant even during component failure. Both cooling and standby power systems operate on an N+1 redundancy model, providing a resilient environment where temperature and humidity are strictly regulated to protect sensitive hardware.

The campus is monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance and onsite security personnel, with physical access controlled via card readers and mantrap entry systems.
