Operating out of a purpose built multi tenant facility established in 2012, the company manages a total building size of 3000 m². The flagship site features 1500 m² of live whitespace, with the potential to expand up to 2200 m². By maintaining local proximity and sovereign operations, Blue ensures that mission critical applications for both the public and private sectors remain under French jurisdictional and operational control.

The facility is engineered to support demanding compute workloads with a fully built out power capacity of 2 MW. Blue stands out for its ability to handle high density deployments, offering up to 25 kW per rack. To ensure continuous operation, the power architecture utilizes two N UPS redundancy and two N standby power redundancy. This robust electrical framework is designed to support approximately 600 racks, providing a stable environment for more than 10000 servers.

Efficiency is a cornerstone of Blue’s datacenter design, achieving a Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.25. The site employs innovative cooling technologies that deliver more than 30 percent power savings compared to traditional methods, utilizing an N plus two cooling redundancy configuration. This commitment to energy efficiency does not compromise performance, allowing the facility to maintain optimal thermal conditions while reducing the overall carbon footprint of its digital operations.

Beyond physical space, Blue delivers a versatile suite of digital solutions including private and hybrid cloud services. Their service catalog is built around 24 7 managed cybersecurity, featuring a Security Operations Center, Extended Detection and Response, and privileged access bastion protocols. By combining neutral colocation with managed cloud offerings, Blue provides a flexible ecosystem where clients can scale their IT requirements while benefiting from professional oversight.

Blue is a highly regulated provider, holding ISO 27001 certification and HDS certification across scopes 1 to 6 for hosting sensitive health data in France. The company’s controls are strictly aligned with the ANSSI SecNumCloud framework, with active qualification targets for eligible scopes. These certifications ensure that Blue meets the highest national and international standards for data integrity, making it a trusted partner for healthcare and governmental institutions.

Designed to Tier three standards, the facility ensures high availability through rigorous physical security and redundancy. The perimeter is protected by HIPAA fenced boundaries, CCTV surveillance, and permanent onsite security and technical staff. Access is tightly controlled through a combination of mantrap entries, biometric scanners, and card access systems. The site is also equipped with advanced fire suppression systems, utilizing micro droplets or inert gas to protect hardware without water damage.

Blue serves as a vital hub for regional interconnectivity, featuring a dedicated Meet Me Room and access to peering networks and diverse network providers. The facility is designed for client convenience and operational efficiency, offering remote hands services, loading bays, and onsite office spaces. Clients also have access to conference rooms, breakrooms, WiFi, and parking, alongside technical support tools such as crash carts to facilitate seamless onsite hardware management.
