The facility is powered by a high performance network backbone specializing in IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services. This infrastructure supports a diverse ecosystem of 27 peering networks and provides direct access to a major Internet Exchange Point IXP. Tenants benefit from flexible colocation options ranging from full and partial cabinets to shared rackspace all supported by on site Remote Hands for immediate technical assistance.

To accommodate enterprise grade hardware the standard rack configuration features a 42 U height with a footprint of 600 x 1000 mm. The facility spans 460 m² or 4,315 square feet of raised floor colocation space specifically engineered for optimal airflow and cable management. Power delivery is versatile offering AC 230V options at 6 10 or 16 Amps as well as a high capacity DC 48V 32 Amp circuit for specialized equipment.

The data center operates with a live power capacity of 0.25 MW backed by a sophisticated suite of Benning UPS modules. For AC 230V requirements the site utilizes two 40 kVA and five 20 kVA modules. DC 48V needs are met by six 10.8 kVA modules and supported by two dedicated strings of batteries. This layered redundancy ensures that critical loads remain stable during power transitions or utility failures.

In the event of a prolonged utility outage an Automatic Transfer Switch ATS instantly engages the backup power system. The facility is equipped with a 300 kW Ausonia Diesel Generator supported by a 3,000 liter on site fuel storage tank. This system is designed to maintain full operational capacity indefinitely until municipal power is restored providing a reliable safety net for mission critical data.

Temperature and humidity are strictly regulated to protect sensitive hardware from environmental stress. The cooling architecture consists of four Hiross HVAC units each providing 40 kW of cooling capacity. These units work in tandem to circulate air through the raised floor system ensuring that even high density racks maintain an optimal operating temperature 24 7 365.

Security is maintained through multi layered access control featuring card readers and a Cogent NOC intercom system for 24 7 365 authorized entry. The premises are under continuous surveillance with recording capabilities monitored by the NOC. For fire safety the facility employs a Siemens Cerberus Early Warning system and a pre action dry system utilizing FM 200 gas suppression and smoke heads located both above and below the raised floor to extinguish threats without damaging electronic equipment.
