Cloud9 LLC (Dinamo Arena) Data Center

The Cloud9 Datacenter Facility, operational since 2016, is a multi-tenant (mixed use) facility projected and built according to TIER III standard requirements for high availability and redundancy. It is centrally located in Tbilisi, Georgia, at 2 Tsereteli Ave., 0112. The building itself is a retrofitted structure, complying with local seismic standards, and features a solid floor, no windows, and is situated above ground level for enhanced security and protection.

The facility boasts a Fully Built-Out Power capacity of 0.5 MW. Power is sourced primarily from three independent power sub-stations, ensuring diverse utility feeds. Backup power is provided by a 630 KVA diesel power generator, which operates with a 2N standby power redundancy. The critical equipment power feed features N+N redundant power equipped with a 2N+1 reserved UPS system (Tripp Lite/Eaton), allowing for maintenance without service interruption. The maximum power draw per rack is 10 kW.

To maintain optimal operating conditions, the datacenter employs a cold containment system. This system is backed by an N+1 reserved HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), ensuring N+1 cooling redundancy. This setup allows the facility to maintain precise temperature and humidity levels even during equipment failure or maintenance.

Security is maintained through a robust, multi-layered approach. The outer and inner premises are continuously monitored by CCTV surveillance, and access control is managed via a biometric system and card access control. A fenced perimeter secures the facility, and onsite security staff are present 24/7. The datacenter is also certified, meeting the requirements of ISO27001 and being DSS PCI Compliant.

Fire safety protocols include an early smoke and fire detection system. For active suppression, the facility utilizes an automatic Fire Suppression System that deploys Novec 1230™ clear agent, which is effective in extinguishing fires without damaging sensitive electronic equipment.

Cloud9 is a Carrier Neutral facility, offering robust connectivity through reserved dark fiber that connects it to all Georgian Operators via multi 100Gbps links. The total interconnection capacity exceeds 600 Gbps. Key network providers present in the Meet-Me-Room (MMR) include Silknet, Magticom, Skytel, Caucasus Online, Deltacom, and SystemNet, and the facility supports three network providers, eight peering networks, and one Internet Exchange Point.

The datacenter provides 300 sq.m. of Fully Built-Out Whitespace which is expandable. Customers have options for Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, Suites, or Build-to-Suit solutions. For support, customer access is available 24/7, and comprehensive Remote Hands service and onsite technical staff are also available 24/7 to assist with equipment management. The facility also includes a Conference Room and a Breakroom for customer use.
