The total building size is 550 sq.m. spread across four floors with a raised floor design, a maximum floor load of 500 kg/sq.m., and a floor-to-ceiling height of 280 cm. Constructed in 1998 as a retrofitted building, the facility operates as a multi-tenant, mixed-use data center.
Co-Location Services
The facility provides flexible colocation options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and cages. Remote hands services are available to support customers’ technical needs. The setup allows customers to choose from half racks, full racks, or cages, depending on requirements.
Power & Backup
Each rack supports 1 to 4 kW of power, with usage-based power charges and green energy integration. The facility maintains stringent SLAs for both power supply and air conditioning. Backup power is ensured through a diesel generator and a dual 2N UPS system, providing high reliability. The overall PUE is 1.3, ensuring energy efficiency.
Cooling & Environment
Cooling is supported with N+1 redundancy, ensuring consistent climate control. The facility also features early smoke detection systems, maintaining safety and environmental stability across all racks and spaces.

Security & Access Control
Security features include CCTV surveillance and card access control, ensuring secure entry into the premises. However, there are no onsite security staff or technical staff present. Customers benefit from 24/7 site access and a German- and English-speaking hotline from Germany for support.
