Colocation and Managed Services
The Datacenter provides a comprehensive suite of fully customizable colocation services, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, secure cages, and private suites. Beyond physical space, Servecentric offers ISP services, managed cloud connectivity, managed firewalls, and cloud hosting on both private and multitenant platforms.
Power Infrastructure and Redundancy
The facility is engineered for high availability with a total fully built-out power capacity of 5 MW, capable of supporting up to 12 kW per rack. Power continuity is ensured by an N+1 redundant 1.4MW UPS system. This is supported by an N+1 standby power infrastructure consisting of five 2.5MW generators.
Cooling and Fire Suppression
Environmental controls are managed by an N+1 redundant, water-cooled system to maintain optimal operating conditions. For asset protection, the data center is equipped with an automatic fire suppression system, specifically utilizing the Marioff HiFOG solution.
Physical Security Protocols
Servecentric maintains stringent, multi-layered physical security. The site is protected by a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. Access is tightly controlled using both biometric access control and card access systems. A dedicated, 24/7 onsite security staff monitors the facility at all times.
Operations and Compliance
The facility has been operational since 2002 and is staffed 24/7 by onsite technical personnel, who also provide "Remote Hands" support. The company demonstrates a strong commitment to industry standards, holding certifications for ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001. The facility is also PCI-DSS compliant.
Facility Design and Connectivity
This Tier 3, purpose-built data center is a multi-tenant facility featuring two floors. It utilizes a raised floor design with a floor-to-ceiling height of 2,700 cm. For connectivity, it features a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and access to 11 network providers and 3 peering networks. Client amenities include parking, WiFi, a loading bay, office space, a breakroom, a conference room, and the availability of crash carts and loaner tools.
