The Datacenter is engineered to support a total IT load of 54 MW, making it suitable for high-density computing needs.
Power and Resiliency
The facility's power infrastructure is built to a Tier 3 design standard, ensuring high availability and redundancy. It features a distributed redundant UPS topology equipped with a 10-minute battery back-up system. For extended power protection, the site is supported by fully rated, distributed redundant LV back-up generators, which maintain a 48-hour onsite fuel supply to ensure continuous operations.
Cooling and Technical Space
Environmental control is managed via a resilient ring chilled water system, providing robust and efficient cooling to the technical halls. The data halls utilize a raised floor design, offering flexibility for high-density cabling and optimized airflow management. Clients are offered a range of deployment options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and private suites, with "Remote Hands" support available for management.
Comprehensive Security Measures
Security is multi-layered and rigorous, beginning with a full fenced perimeter. Access to the facility is strictly controlled through mantrap entry points, which are secured using both biometric access control and traditional card access systems. The entire site is monitored by 24/7 onsite security staff and comprehensive CCTV surveillance.

The data center adheres to key international standards, holding certifications for ISO27001 (Information Security), ISO9001 (Quality Management), and ISO14001 (Environmental Management). For fire safety, the facility is equipped with an automatic fire suppression system.
