Security and Access
The data center has robust security measures, including 24/7 armed surveillance with 40 video cameras. Its design minimizes vulnerabilities by having no external walls in contact with the outside. A certified Argon/Nitrogen gas system is used for fire suppression. Security staff are on-site around the clock, and clients have 24/7 access to their racks. An on-site warehouse is available for storage.
Power & Cooling
The data center is designed with robust redundancy measures to ensure uninterrupted operations. UPS Redundancy follows an N+1 configuration, meaning there is always an additional uninterruptible power supply unit available to take over in case of failure. Similarly, Cooling Redundancy is maintained at N+1, ensuring that if one cooling unit fails, another is ready to maintain optimal temperature and airflow. In addition, Standby Power Redundancy also follows the N+1 model, providing backup capacity to guarantee continuous power availability even during maintenance or unexpected outages. This comprehensive approach enhances reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports mission-critical workloads.
Infrastructure and Redundancy
To ensure uninterrupted service, the facility uses two medium-voltage cabins connected to separate high-voltage power plants. These feed two 200KVA UPS systems, creating a redundant and distinct power supply that can support the entire load. Cooling is managed using direct expansion technology to precisely control temperature without the risks of water circulation.

Unidata offers a range of services and support options. On-site technical staff are available 24/7. Clients can choose from various housing options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites. The center also provides dedicated workspace for disaster recovery and is connected to six peering networks.
