This xScale data center is designed to support up to 36 MW of IT deployments for hyper-scalers. Its location offers protection from both flooding and seismic zones, ensuring high availability and resilience.
Technical Specifications
The facility has a fully built-out power capacity of 14 MW and offers 4,926 sq. m. of whitespace. It provides various deployment options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. Key infrastructure includes an N+1 UPS with a five-minute battery supply, an N+2 cooling system for chillers, and N+1 standby power from 6.6kV diesel generators. The floor is raised and has a maximum load capacity of 118 kg/sq. m.
