The facility provides comprehensive On Net Products, including IP Transit, Ethernet Transport Services, and Utility Computing. It serves as a strategic networking hub with access to one Internet Exchange Point, 22 peering networks, and two major network providers. Customers can choose from several colocation formats, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Individual Cages, which are custom built to order.

The standard rack deployment utilizes 47U Excel Environ ER600 cabinets with a footprint of 600x1000 mm. Power delivery to these racks is highly flexible, supporting AC 230v configurations ranging from 6amp to 32amp. For those requiring physical isolation, the facility supports the construction of secure customer cages within the whitespace.

The site is backed by a 2,000kVA incoming main feed supported by two 1,000kVA transformers. To ensure zero downtime, the facility employs a 1,250kVA HiTec Rotary UPS System Model RT1250. Emergency backup power is provided by two Caterpillar 3508 generators, each delivering 1,100kVA 880kW. These generators are supported by an extensive fuel system consisting of individual 3,100 liter day tanks fed by a primary 10,000 liter diesel storage tank.

Climate stability is maintained by 12 Stulz Cyberair ASD 1062 GE HVAC units distributed throughout the data center. Power distribution is managed via six PDUs. For safety, the facility features an advanced fire system with smoke detection both above and below the floor, monitored 24 7 365 by Tyco.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach. Entry into the data center requires passing through a circlelock portal, which necessitates both an HID card swipe and a unique PIN code. There are 10 card reader access points throughout the facility. The site is further protected by an intruder alarm system and a DVR surveillance network with local and remote recording capabilities, all supported by on site Remote Hands services.
