The facility boasts a fully built-out power capacity of 10 MW and includes 4,500 square meters of white space. It supports power densities of up to 24 kW per rack and operates with a highly efficient Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.16, ensuring optimized energy use and performance.
Redundancy and Reliability
PDC1 is built for resilience, featuring 2N UPS redundancy and N+1 cooling systems. This infrastructure guarantees continuous operation and high availability, even during maintenance or unexpected equipment failures.
Security and Fire Protection
The data center is fortified with comprehensive security measures including a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry, 24/7 CCTV monitoring, biometric and card-based access controls, and constant onsite security personnel. Fire protection is provided through an environmentally friendly Argonite gas suppression system.

Onsite amenities at PDC1 include a conference room, breakroom, office space, WiFi access, and parking facilities for up to 80 vehicles, offering convenience and comfort for staff and visitors alike.
