Established in early 2005 and becoming fully operational in 2006, this data center is a well seasoned hub located in Sittard. The facility occupies 100 square meters of fully built out whitespace within a retrofitted construction. Designed as a multi tenant, mixed use environment, it offers a stable foundation for businesses seeking localized colocation. To ensure it remains competitive and capable of supporting modern high density hardware, the site is currently undergoing upgrades to facilitate future expansion.

The facility is engineered with a raised floor system, optimizing airflow and cable management for efficient hardware cooling. It supports a power density of 1 kW/m^2, backed by a robust power chain that includes both Uninterruptible Power Supply systems and an on site generator to prevent downtime during grid failures. Climate control is strictly maintained via professional grade air conditioning units, ensuring an ideal thermal environment for sensitive equipment.

Security is a core priority, with the facility protected by a comprehensive alarm system and constant video surveillance. While the site does not maintain 24/7 on site guards, it offers authorized clients 24/7 autonomous access.
