DataHouse (DataHouse Nagornaya) Data Center

The Datahouse Nagornaya datacenter is a modern, high-capacity facility strategically located in Moscow near the Nagornaya metro station. With a total building size of 3475 sq.m., it is engineered to serve the demanding needs of contemporary businesses. The facility includes 2200 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace and houses over 500 server cabinets.

The datacenter supports significant power demands with a 9.8 MW fully built-out power capacity connected to the city grid through multiple independent substations for maximum reliability. Each server cabinet accommodates up to 47 units and supports a maximum power density of 8 kW per rack. Critical power infrastructure is backed by N+1 UPS redundancy to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Datahouse Nagornaya maintains a guarded perimeter with strict access control to prevent unauthorized entry. CCTV surveillance operates 24/7. Access requests are processed exclusively through a client’s personal account and authorized only after verification. The infrastructure also contains eight hermetically sealed zones with dual independent entry/exit points and a leak-proof contour to preserve the physical integrity of stored data.

The facility provides an SLA guarantee of 99.98% uptime and maintains high-availability design with N+1 cooling redundancy. For fire safety, it uses an automatic fire-suppression system with Halon-227 gas, a clean agent safe for sensitive electronic equipment.

The datacenter is connected to 12 peering networks and is part of DataHouse’s distributed backbone spanning Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg. Proprietary communication channels and dedicated traffic exchange points ensure consistent service availability and reliable cross-regional data performance.

Datahouse Nagornaya supports diverse deployment options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and private suites. The facility also provides Remote Hands services for technical support, equipment management, and on-site maintenance within the secure environment.
