The facility has a total building size of 40,938 m² and offers separate entrances, parking, and a security perimeter. Customers benefit from 24-hour access to their equipment. Access is managed via automated access terminals using HID proxy cards. These terminals are strategically located at entrances to the building and throughout all premises containing critical equipment, corridors, and office spaces.

Security is robust, featuring a perimeter and a comprehensive "TRASSIR" video camera system equipped with motion detectors and digital video recording. This system monitors all external and internal critical infrastructure. The site utilizes more than one hundred network devices and over fifty access control terminals. Furthermore, the remote control system for all engineering–technical safety systems operates around the clock. CCTV footage is stored for 60 days and can be provided to the client upon request.

The facility boasts a Fully Built-Out Power capacity of 18.5 MW. Within the building’s total area, the Fully Built-Out Whitespace is 11,770 sq.m. Colocation options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. The maximum power per rack is 24 kW, and Remote Hands service is available.

The facility acts as a significant network hub, featuring 3 Internet Exchange Points and 273 peering networks. Connectivity is further supported by 6 network providers, with 5 tenants offering colocation services.

Cooling within the halls is primarily handled by central air conditioners with a substantial total cold capacity of 2.4 MW. Remaining thermal loads are managed by cabinet air conditioners, ensuring optimal operating temperatures for all critical equipment.

The facility utilizes a highly detailed and redundant fire protection strategy. Two types of fire extinguishing systems—modular and centralized—are deployed, using Chladon 227ae and Novec 1230 as fire extinguishing agents. All technological premises, including cable entry shafts, are protected by these automatic gas fire extinguishing installations. Control panels with active equipment are also protected by autonomous gas fire extinguishing systems. The building includes automatic address-type fire alarm systems, a smoke ventilation system, a fire warning and evacuation control system, an automatic water fire extinguishing system, and a fire-fighting water supply. A key safety feature is the on-site fire station operating 24/7, receiving all fire system signals. A "Fire" signal is also transmitted directly to the Central Control Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.

The fire alarm additionally transmits fire signals to the Central Control Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
