The "Complex-Host" facility ensures operational continuity through a multi-layered power architecture. The primary backup layer consists of the NeuHaus Power System Partner UPS, which is designed for high-performance protection of telecommunications equipment and can operate autonomously for 15 minutes, even under high-capacity loads. For long-term outages, the data center utilizes a 80 kVA Cummins diesel generator. This system features a GTEC AutoPlay mechanism for automatic activation and is capable of supporting the full data center load for up to 8 hours without refueling.
To maintain an optimal environment for sensitive hardware, the facility employs Stulz Cyber Air 3 precision air conditioning units. These units operate with N+1 redundancy, ensuring that cooling remains active even if one unit fails. With a cooling capacity of 36 kW and the ability to adjust temperatures with 0.1°C precision, the system utilizes industrial screw compressors for long-term, trouble-free reliability across a wide range of external temperatures.
The data center’s network backbone is built on professional Juniper Network equipment, a global leader in telecommunications technology. The facility is connected to several independent operators, providing a total capacity of 10 Gb/s. As a Local Internet Registry (LIR), the parent company "Complex-Info" manages its own block of IPv4 addresses, ensuring high fault tolerance and continuous operation even during periods of peak traffic.
Safety is managed through an automated gas fire extinguishing system utilizing the Halocarbon 125 (NAF S-125) mixture. Unlike water or foam-based systems, this gas suppresses fire within 10 to 30 seconds without damaging electronic components. The system is designed to trigger an audible alert before activation and remains effective across a broad temperature range of -40°C to +50°C, providing a clean and safe solution for equipment protection.
Physical and operational security is maintained by 24/7/365 onsite staff, including both security personnel and experienced technical engineers. The facility is equipped with CCTV surveillance and follows a Tier 2 design standard. This constant human oversight ensures that any fluctuations in power, cooling, or connectivity are addressed immediately, guaranteeing the smooth functioning of the entire technological platform.
Operational since 2011, this sole-tenant, retrofitted facility offers a variety of housing options, ranging from shared rackspace to full and partial cabinets. The data center has a fully built-out power capacity of 0.3 MW, with a maximum power density of 10 kW per rack. It also features a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) to facilitate seamless interconnections between different carriers and clients.
