A standout feature of their sustainability model is the integration of a heat recovery system, where excess thermal energy from the data center is repurposed for local district heating, keeping citizens warm year-round while reducing waste.

The facility offers a comprehensive suite of infrastructure services designed to meet diverse business needs. From physical hardware solutions like Colocation (including Cages, Suites, and 1/3-rack options) to virtualized environments such as Cloud, Dedicated Servers, and VPS, GleSYS provides a versatile foundation. These offerings are bolstered by managed hosting, storage, backup, and advanced network services, ensuring that clients have access to a full-spectrum digital ecosystem.

Operational since 2020, this purpose-built, sole-tenant facility boasts significant scale with a total building size of 4,000 sq.m. Within this footprint, there is 2,400 sq.m. of whitespace, which remains expandable to accommodate future growth. The facility is engineered to handle high-density computing, supporting a maximum power of 44 kW per rack and a total fully built-out power capacity of 5 MW.

To ensure uninterrupted service, the data center utilizes a robust Tier 2 design featuring N+1 redundancy across all critical systems, including UPS, Cooling, and Standby Power. This architecture guarantees that even during maintenance or component failure, the infrastructure remains operational. The high-density cooling systems are specifically tuned to manage the thermal output of the 44 kW racks while feeding the district heating loop.

Security and safety are paramount at GleSYS, which is ISO27001 Certified for information security management. The facility is protected by an advanced automatic fire suppression system that utilizes an early detection mechanism paired with 3M Novec™ 1230 extinguishing agent. This agent is designed to suppress fires quickly without damaging sensitive electronic equipment or leaving behind residue, ensuring maximum uptime and hardware longevity.

As a carrier-neutral facility, GleSYS provides exceptional connectivity through its dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR). The network environment is highly interconnected, featuring an Internet Exchange Point (IXP) and direct access to three peering networks. This setup allows for low-latency data transfer and diverse routing options, making it an ideal hub for high-performance networking and global reach.

GleSYS prioritizes client accessibility and hands-on assistance through 24/7 onsite support and Remote Hands services. Clients benefit from 24/7 facility accessibility, allowing for physical maintenance or audits at any time. Whether utilizing full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rackspace, the combination of constant onsite expertise and flexible tenancy options ensures that technical requirements are met around the clock.
