The facility is retrofitted and has expandable whitespace. The Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and a loading bay are available for customer use. Additional amenities include loaner tools, a crash cart, WiFi, and public street or garage parking.
Connectivity and Network
The facility provides robust connectivity options. Each rack comes with 8x Cat6 copper and 6 pairs of single-mode fiber by default, and there are no cross-connect fees. Customers can use City Hosting's transit or bring their own, with no BGP announcement fees. They can also provide a DWDM wavelength(s) to STOKAB KN7, giving access to the STOKAB fiber network and a wide range of carriers and ISPs. The data center has a total of one Internet Exchange Point and three network providers.
Power and Cooling
This is a Tier 2 facility with a fully built-out power capacity of 1.2 MW. The maximum power per rack is 5 kW, and the maximum power per area is 2.5 kW/sq. m. The facility ensures high availability with N+1 redundancy for all critical systems: UPS, cooling, and standby power. Standby power is provided by 3x Scania diesel engines.
Physical Security and Fire Suppression
The data center is equipped with multiple layers of security to protect equipment. This includes CCTV surveillance and a Card Access Control system. For fire suppression, the facility uses an automatic fire suppression system with VESDA laser smoke detection and an automated fire extinguishing system that uses Inergen gas.
Physical Infrastructure
The facility features a raised floor with a maximum floor load of 1,200 kg/sq. m. The floor-to-ceiling height is 300 cm. Roof access is also available.
