The facility features a 2N architecture, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and cooling systems. It is certified to the TÜViT Level 3 extended standard and designed to Tier 3 specifications, providing high availability for critical infrastructure.
Sustainability
The data center operates CO2-neutrally, utilizing lake water cooling and heat recovery systems. Waste heat generated by the servers is redirected into the ecological lake energy network to provide heating for surrounding households. All electricity is supplied from ecological sources, supporting environmentally responsible operations.
Connectivity
Stollen Lucerne is connected to the Lucerne fiber optic network, ensuring high-speed, reliable connectivity. The facility hosts one internet exchange point and supports six peering networks, enhancing network redundancy and performance.
Colocation and Services
The data center offers a variety of customizable solutions, including colocation racks, private cages, private suites, full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. Additional services include remote hands support to assist with on-site tasks. The facility provides 1,640 sq.m. of fully built-out whitespace to accommodate diverse customer needs.
