This purpose-built, 24-story reinforced concrete multi-tenant facility, operational since 1997, is designed to support substantial weight, featuring a raised floor loading capacity of 700 kg/sqm. It facilitates equipment delivery via a dedicated freight elevator and loading bay. The facility offers a significant Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 900 sq.m., which is also expandable.
Redundancy and Reliability
Adhering to a Tier 3 Design standard, the facility incorporates robust redundancy across critical infrastructure. Power is managed with Dual power feeds supplying up to 7 kVA per rack, supported by N+1 redundant UPS and an N+1 redundant diesel generator configuration for standby power. The water-cooling Air Conditioning system boasts an even higher N+2 redundant configuration, maintaining precise environmental control at 20±4°C temperature and 52.5±2.5% humidity via a raised flooring air conditioning system that blows air down-blow below the raised floor. Fire safety is ensured by a Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus system (VESDA) paired with an FM200 gas fire suppression system.
Scalable Colocation Options
The data center provides versatile colocation services, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace. Standard racks are sized at 600 mm × 1200 mm × 2100 mm (42U).
Security and Compliance
Security is maintained 24/7 with on-site security staff and comprehensive camera monitoring. Building access requires photo identification and pre-registration, while access to the data center room mandates an escort by data center staff.
Additional Amenities and Connectivity
The facility ensures strong network performance with a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and connectivity provided by Multiple Carriers (HINET/TFN/SEEDNET/APOL).
