Security is maintained 24/7 by onsite staffing and layered access controls, including biometric and card access. Continuous CCTV surveillance is in place, with footage retention policies of six months for entrance/exit areas and three months for other areas.

Connectivity is robust, anchored by HiNet Dedicated Internet Access and Data Center Interconnect (DCI) services. The building ensures diversity with two entry points and diverse in-building paths.
