The facility's total building size is 6,000 sq.m., with a fully built-out whitespace of 3,000 sq.m. Power and Infrastructure
The data centre is designed with a fully built-out power capacity of 2MW, supporting a maximum power per rack of 12kW. Power infrastructure features high redundancy with 2N UPS Redundancy and N+1 Standby Power Redundancy. The facility's design is certified as Uptime Institute's Tier III, ensuring enterprise-level reliability and concurrently maintainable systems.
Cooling and Redundancy
The facility is engineered for high energy efficiency, targeting a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.5. Cooling redundancy is robustly designed at 2N. Notably, in a commitment to sustainability, STT Bangkok 3 will be powered more sustainably with district cooling energy, in line with One Bangkok’s sustainable development ambitions.

Security measures are comprehensive and include CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control systems. Physical security is maintained by 24/7 Onsite Security Staff. Fire safety is ensured by an Automatic Firesuppression system, utilizing a Gas Suppression System IG-100 (N2).

The facility is carrier-neutral and provides immediate access to a diverse range of telecommunication carriers and network service providers from the outset, ensuring strong carrier density for enhanced network resiliency and security. It is an interconnection hub offering low latency connections, and includes a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and access to 9 Peering networks.
