Netwise (London East) Data Center

The Netwise London East data center is a cutting edge facility strategically positioned in the heart of London to serve businesses requiring high performance data management. Spanning a total building size of 13,000 square feet, the facility provides 10,000 square feet of dedicated whitespace. This footprint is engineered to support a high density environment, accommodating up to 256 racks distributed across four specialized data halls. Whether a client requires full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, or custom cages, the facility is built to scale alongside growing enterprise needs.

Reliability is the backbone of the facility, supported by a robust 1.5 MW fully built out power supply. To ensure continuous availability, the center employs a 2N UPS redundancy configuration alongside N+1 standby power redundancy. Netwise maintains a market leading PUE of 1.05, one of the lowest in the industry. This efficiency is reinforced by a sustainability commitment, with the entire facility powered by 100 percent renewable energy sources, enabling organizations to reduce environmental impact without compromising performance.

To maintain optimal hardware conditions, the data center operates an N+1 cooling redundancy system, ensuring stable temperatures even during maintenance or component failure. The on site Network Operations Centre provides continuous monitoring, supported by technical staff present at all times. This enables rapid intervention, strong business continuity, and dependable disaster recovery support.

Netwise operates in line with leading global standards for quality and information security, holding ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, with PCI DSS compliance in progress. Physical security measures include a fenced perimeter, continuous CCTV monitoring, and permanent on site security staff. These controls protect client equipment and the Meet Me Room from unauthorized access, creating a trusted environment for critical digital infrastructure.

The facility benefits from excellent physical and network accessibility, located close to Star Lane DLR Station and Canning Town Underground Station. Digitally, the data center connects to six peering networks, delivering high speed and low latency connectivity. Roof access is available for specialist equipment, providing flexible options for modern interconnected deployments.

Netwise enhances the customer experience with a comprehensive range of amenities, including free customer parking, a fully equipped build room, and secure areas for staging, deliveries, and storage.
