Each vault is built for 2MW of IT capacity and can be subdivided into two 1MW halls, allowing for flexible and scalable colocation configurations.

The VA2 facility delivers 14MW of high-density critical IT power, with maximum rack densities reaching up to 22kW. Power infrastructure is backed by 29MW of standby generator capacity, supporting full-load operation for 24 hours with on-site fuel and 24x7x365 delivery service. Each vault features N+2 distributed UPS redundancy, ensuring continuous uptime and system reliability.
Cooling Infrastructure
Efficient and reliable cooling is maintained through a centralized industrial chiller plant with automatic controls, also built to an N+2 redundancy standard. This setup ensures optimal performance and a 100% availability SLA across all environments.
Connectivity
As a carrier-neutral facility, VA2 offers seamless connectivity with regional, national, and international Tier 1 carriers. Clients benefit from access to over 200 telecom providers, multiple redundant fiber entrances, and dedicated Meet-Me-Rooms (MMRs) to enhance interconnection capabilities.

NTT VA2 employs a multilayered security approach, including multifactor authentication, mantraps, and secure zones to prevent unauthorized access.
