DataBank’s Dallas facility offers a top-tier data center environment with ample space and immediate availability for deployment. The total occupied data center area spans 160,000 square feet, with an additional 40,000 square feet currently available for new clients. This capacity makes it ideal for businesses of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises.
Security and Compliance
The facility is protected by 24/7/365 on-site security personnel. Access control is stringent—entry to the parking and building lobby requires card access, while entry into the data center itself requires biometric hand scanning. To ensure compliance and reliability, the site undergoes annual SSAE 16 and PCI-DSS audits.
Surveillance System
Security is further reinforced with a comprehensive surveillance system. Multiple 360-degree cameras with 10x zoom monitor the facility, backed by high-speed recorders. Video is stored on hard drives, eliminating downtime due to tape swaps or over-recording, and all footage is retained for a minimum of 90 days.
Power Infrastructure
The power infrastructure includes true A+B (2N) configurations, with all UPS and generator systems offering full 2N redundancy to ensure uninterrupted power supply under any condition.
Multiple utility feeds are drawn from the Central Business District (CBD) grid, enhanced by 2(N+2) transformers and feeds. All feeds to the building are concrete-encased for added reliability and security.
Cooling and HVAC

The data center uses 118 Liebert 30-ton CRAC units, and the entire system is built to N+1 redundancy standards. Additional features include an 80,000-gallon reserve make-up water tank and a Liebert Leak Detect System for proactive monitoring.
