The facility offers robust networking capabilities anchored by Verizon Business and Comcast as the primary carrier providers. Onsite services include high performance IP Transit and Ethernet Point to Point solutions, ensuring reliable data transfer and low latency connectivity. With two major network providers and a tenant ecosystem offering colocation services, the site is well equipped to handle diverse enterprise networking requirements.

The data center features 2,842 square feet of raised floor colocation space within a larger 5,624 square foot whitespace footprint. Standard cabinet configurations utilize 42U APC AR3100 units, supporting full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace options. The facility provides a standard power setup of 110v 20 amp or dual 20 amp circuits. Power is billed as an extra service and UPS systems are not provided onsite, requiring tenants to supply their own uninterruptible power solutions.

The infrastructure is supported by a 480v 3 phase utility feed at 400 amps, delivering a total of 0.3 MW of live fully built out power. To maintain optimal operating conditions, the facility utilizes three 20 ton Liebert HVAC units equipped with integrated humidity control. In the event of a utility failure, a 300KW Cummings Diesel Generator with a 100 gallon storage tank and an Automatic Transfer Switch ensures continuous operation. A Halon fire extinguishing system provides specialized fire suppression for the electrical environment.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach that includes 24/7 manned building security and a C*CURE Card Reader Access Control System supplemented by biometric access. The premises are monitored 24/7 by the Cogent Network Operations Center via IP cameras positioned at critical points including the main entrance. For technical support, the facility offers Remote Hands services, providing tenants with onsite assistance for hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
