Calethos, Inc. is developing a large-scale, clean-energy powered data center campus in Southern California's Lithium Valley. The project initially targeted an 80-acre site, later expanded to 315 acres, surrounded by geothermal power plants. The campus is designed to support the growing demands of AI, cloud computing, and high-performance computing (HPC).
Development and Phasing
Calethos has assembled a team of industry veterans and partnered with leading firms for design, energy consulting, and network connectivity. The development is divided into multiple phases, with Phase I already completed. Phase II is currently focusing on infrastructure development and building designs.
Power and Capacity
The campus is planned to deliver fully built-out power of 500 MW. Options include build-to-suit configurations with the same 500 MW capacity, ensuring scalability and flexibility for tenants.
Data Center Offerings
The campus will host multiple child data center listings, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rack space. Additional services such as remote hands are also available to support tenant operations and ensure smooth day-to-day management.
