Established in 2021, this purpose built campus occupies 20 acres and includes a 90,000 square foot facility. It is strategically positioned to leverage North Dakota’s favorable climate and robust power grid, operating efficiently within an annual temperature range from three degrees Fahrenheit below zero to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

The facility features a fully built out and energized power capacity of 100 MW. This substantial power availability is aligned precisely with operational demand, ensuring consistent performance for high density workloads. The infrastructure is designed with scalable whitespace in mind, allowing the site to evolve as computing requirements grow, supported by a construction approach engineered for long term reliability and expansion.

Core Scientific provides a flexible range of hosting options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. These services are well suited for hyperscalers, professional services firms, and manufacturing organizations that require large scale computational resources for modeling, simulation, and data analysis. To support these environments, the facility offers Remote Hands services, enabling clients to rely on trained on site technicians for physical hardware support.
