This colocation facility provides a secure and fully equipped environment for businesses seeking reliable data center services. It offers a combination of standard rack configurations, robust connectivity options, and comprehensive operational support to meet the needs of modern IT infrastructure.

The facility spans 1,100 square feet of non-raised floor colocation space and accommodates a range of deployment options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. Standard rack configurations include 42U APC cabinets (Model: 3100), with optional power feeds of either one or two 110V/20A circuits.

Power is supplied via a 208V 3-phase utility feed at 200 amps, supported by a 50kVA Gamatronic UPS with internal battery cabinets and two strings of UPS batteries totaling 64 units. The battery room features Ratelco rectifiers (5 modules at 50A each) and eight D/C batteries arranged in two strings. Backup generation is provided by a 60kW Olympian natural gas generator with a RussElectric automatic transfer switch. Cooling is maintained by two 5-ton Liebert HVAC units with rooftop condensers. The facility offers fully built-out power of 0.1 MW and live power of 0.1 MW across 1,169 sq. ft. of whitespace.

Security measures include manned building security, a card reader system for data center entry, and building system access via badge or pin code for after-hours, weekends, and holidays. Elevator access to the 5th floor is controlled, and two IP cameras monitor the facility 24/7 with recording capabilities linked to the Cogent NOC. Fire protection consists of heat detectors, smoke heads, Inergen tanks, and a preaction sprinkler system.

The facility is carrier-neutral with access to Cogent, Level 3, Wilcon, and the City of Anaheim/Public Utilities. It offers high-quality connectivity options, including IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services.
