The facility encompasses a total of 75,031 square feet, with 33,430 square feet dedicated to colocation space. Designed to support enterprise-grade infrastructure, the facility features a ceiling height of 10 feet 6 inches, a freight elevator, a loading dock, and available on-site parking, offering practical support for logistics and operational needs.

A monitored building management system ensures that temperature and humidity levels remain within optimal ranges for equipment reliability. The facility is also equipped with advanced fire suppression systems and smoke detection to safeguard infrastructure and data.

Redundant power systems support both AC and DC power requirements, with robust backup provided by generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and battery systems. This ensures continuous uptime and operational continuity even in the event of power outages.

Security is a top priority, with stringent, multi-layered access control procedures in place. The facility employs a dual authentication system, reinforcing physical security and protecting client assets from unauthorized access.
