This diverse infrastructure links seamlessly into the company's unrestricted cage within the One Wilshire meet-me room on the fourth floor, enabling virtually limitless cross-connections across floors, within the building, and to adjacent telecom hubs.

Power reliability is at the core of Downtown Colo’s operations. The facility offers both AC and DC power, supported by in-line UPS systems, a two-hour extended runtime battery bank, and a full-load generator rated at 1.5x capacity. All systems are linked via intelligent failover technology, ensuring continuous uptime and seamless transition between power sources when needed.

Security is enforced through a robust access control system that includes biometric scans, encrypted proximity cards, and PIN codes—each logged with synchronized CCTV footage that covers all entry points with zero blind spots. Complementing this is a fully staffed, 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) that monitors every aspect of the facility’s performance, from power and connectivity to physical security and environmental controls.

Through its parent company, Subrigo Corporation, Downtown Colo provides premium internet services, including performance-optimized bandwidth delivered via eBGP routing. The internal network architecture features iBGP/OSPF routing with VRRP-controlled redundant hardware and direct peering with more than 40 upstream providers across four edge routers—ensuring superior resiliency and speed.

Downtown Colo is also a comprehensive VoIP solutions provider. Services include SIP trunks, domestic and international DIDs, North American toll-free origination, domestic and international termination, e911 capabilities, directory services (411 listing and assistance), and fully integrated Class 4/5 softswitch platforms.
