The facility provides high-performance On-Net Products, including IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services, ensuring seamless global connectivity. The physical environment features a total of 7,868 square feet of raised floor space, divided between DC 1 (2,960 sq. ft.) and DC 2 (4,908 sq. ft.). Clients can utilize standard 42U APC AR3100 cabinets with power configurations of either single or dual 110v/20A circuits. For larger requirements, custom cages are available, and the entire site is equipped with Wi-Fi for technician convenience.

To ensure 100% uptime, the site is backed by a 3,000-amp, 480v 3-phase utility feed and a fully redundant UPS architecture. DC 1 is supported by two 900kVA units, while DC 2 utilizes two 300kVA units, both operating on A+B redundant systems. This electrical backbone is managed by 15 Power Distribution Units (PDUs) from PDI and Liebert, ensuring stable power delivery across the raised floor.

In the event of a utility failure, the facility relies on three Caterpillar Diesel Generators providing a combined capacity of 3,750kW. DC 1 is serviced by two 1500kW units, while DC 2 is supported by a 750kW unit. These generators are backed by substantial on-site fuel reserves totaling 7,600 gallons across three tanks. The transition to emergency power is handled by six Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) from Caterpillar and Russelectric.

Cooling is maintained through a sophisticated HVAC array designed to handle high-density heat loads. DC 1 utilizes nine 20-ton air-cooled Liebert units, while DC 2 is cooled by three 20-ton units. Each interior unit is paired with a corresponding rooftop condenser to efficiently dissipate heat, ensuring that the ambient temperature and humidity remain within strict operational tolerances for sensitive hardware.

The facility employs a multi-layered fire safety strategy. Both data centers feature heat detectors, smoke heads, and pre-action sprinkler systems. For early warning, DC 1 is equipped with a VESDA air-sampling smoke detection system. Furthermore, DC 2 includes a specialized four-tank Halon suppression system, designed to extinguish fires without damaging electronic equipment through water exposure.

Physical security is managed via the C*CURE Card-Reader Access Control System, protecting 11 essential access points. Entry into the actual data center floor requires a dual-authentication process involving an HID card swipe and a unique PIN. The entire perimeter and interior are monitored 24/7 by 21 high-definition cameras integrated into a dedicated recording software suite, providing comprehensive CCTV surveillance.
