The facility offers a robust suite of On Net products designed for high performance scaling, ranging from 10 Mbps flat rates to massive 10,000 Mbps burst capabilities. Strategically located in downtown Los Angeles, the site serves as a major networking hub featuring XConnect services and direct access to Tier 1 carriers including AT&T, XO, WorldComm, and Pac Bell. This diverse carrier ecosystem ensures low latency paths and redundant routing options for all hosted tenants.

Spanning 8,400 square feet of fully built out whitespace, the facility provides versatile colocation options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages. The standard setup utilizes 42U APC AR3100 or 44U Cabletalk cabinets, designed to accommodate varying hardware densities. While the whitespace is optimized for efficiency, power is allocated separately, with 20 amp or 2x20 amp configurations serving as the standard deployment for most rack units.

To maintain a continuous 0.5 MW live power load, the data center employs a multilayered electrical architecture. Primary backup is handled by Liebert and Toshiba UPS systems rated at 150 kVA each, supported by both AC and DC battery plants using Enersys battery strings. In the event of a prolonged utility failure, a building owned 2000KW Caterpillar Diesel generator supported by a 4000 gallon on site fuel tank provides long term emergency power, with the entire system regulated through dedicated PDUs and La Marche BDCBB units.

Climate stability is managed by four 20 ton air cooled Liebert HVAC units, ensuring optimal temperature and humidity for sensitive server equipment. Protecting the infrastructure is a sophisticated fire mitigation system that combines early detection smoke heads with FM200 gas suppression tanks and a pre action sprinkler system. This dual approach ensures that fire threats can be neutralized quickly while minimizing potential water damage to electrical components.

Security is enforced through a multi tier verification process, including 24/7 manned building security and biometric hand scanners for round the clock data center access. The facility is under constant CCTV surveillance, with main entrance feeds monitored and recorded directly by the Cogent Network Operations Center. Additionally, the site offers professional Remote Hands assistance and guest WiFi, ensuring that on site technicians and remote administrators have the support and connectivity needed to maintain uptime.
