The facility boasts a significant 138,000 square feet of whitespace and is part of a larger campus designed to accommodate a substantial 126MW capacity. The center is available for clients needing Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, or Suites Footprints.
Power Infrastructure
The power architecture is designed for high availability, offering 36MW of critical IT load distributed across six dedicated 6MW vaults. It features N+1 distributed redundancy and diverse power distribution to the data hall. Crucially, the facility provides 100% renewable energy packages available to support sustainability goals. The UPS Redundancy is N+1, utilizing eight 1MW UPS modules for every 6MW capacity, while Standby Power Redundancy is also N+1 with generators and on-site fuel storage to support 24 hours run time at full load with continuous fuel delivery.
Global and Cloud Connectivity
Connectivity is a major highlight, offering direct access to Tokyo, Japan, via Subsea Connect, a trans-pacific network service utilizing NTT's Pacific Crossing (PC-1) subsea cable system. The center also provides access to multiple leading public, private, and hybrid cloud providers. Physical connection resilience is ensured by three diverse fiber entry points and multiple Meet-Me-Rooms (MMRs), served by 2 network providers.
Cooling System
The cooling design prioritizes efficiency and sustainability. It employs air-cooled chillers with airside economizers and a fan wall design. The N+1 redundant cooling system utilizes a fan coil wall design with hot aisle containment. This setup is highly efficient, as the chillers are engineered to save water while cooling high-density racks.
Security and Operations
Security is maintained around the clock with a 24x7x365 security and facility operations team. The entire campus is fenced and features strict access control procedures, including multifactor authentication throughout the facility. A 24x7x365 secure managed delivery and loading area is also provided. Additional security measures include CCTV surveillance and Automatic Fire suppression managed by the ONYXWorks system.
