This purpose-built, sole-tenant data center is designed for efficiency and scalability. Of the total 11,000 square feet, 9,000 square feet is dedicated to fully built-out whitespace. The facility architecture supports expandable whitespace and includes a dedicated Meet-Me-Room MMR for seamless interconnection. Logistical needs are also prioritized with a professional loading bay to facilitate the secure transport and installation of heavy hardware.

To accommodate a variety of business needs, the data center offers a wide range of hardware housing configurations. Clients can choose from full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rackspace for smaller deployments. For enterprises requiring higher levels of privacy and physical isolation, custom cage footprints are available.
