Formerly a key component of the Studebaker automobile manufacturing complex, the site has been revitalized into a high-performance hub offering colocation, managed services, and cloud solutions for enterprises and global providers.

The data center boasts a massive 150,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace. To accommodate diverse business needs, the facility offers a variety of deployment options, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. For clients requiring higher levels of privacy or scale, custom cages and suite footprints are also available.

Reliability is central to the Studebaker 84 design, featuring a highly resilient infrastructure. The facility maintains 2N UPS redundancy and 2N cooling redundancy to ensure continuous operation under any conditions. Emergency backup is supported by an N+1 standby power redundancy system, guaranteeing that critical workloads remain online during utility interruptions.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach that includes 24/7 onsite security staff, CCTV surveillance, and strict access protocols utilizing both biometric and card access controls. To protect hardware from fire hazards, the facility utilizes a sophisticated double-interlocked pre-action dry-pipe Hi-Fog sprinkler system, designed to suppress threats while minimizing risk to electronic equipment.
