DataNovaX’s Pioneer Park is a state of the-art data center strategically located in Wichita Falls, Texas. Operational since 2024, the facility has been designed to deliver high reliability, scalability, and performance, making it an ideal hub for enterprise workloads, AI, and high performance computing (HPC) applications.
Facility Design & Capacity
The first phase of development consists of a 37,000-square-foot facility with 6 MW of fully built out power and whitespace. The second phase, currently planned, will significantly expand the site with a 550,000 square-foot facility designed to support 150 MW of power, featuring build-to-suit liquid cooling powered by AI-ready Vertiv® technology in collaboration with Alcatex® for enhanced cooling solutions.

Pioneer Park is engineered for maximum uptime with UPS redundancy of 2N+1, N+1 cooling redundancy, and N+1 standby power systems. The facility is optimized for high-density computing environments, supporting advanced HPC and AI deployments with scalable cooling solutions.

Security is prioritized through a fenced perimeter, 24x7 on-site security staff, CCTV surveillance, and biometric access controls for multi-factor authentication. For fire safety, the center employs a dual system chemical and water fire suppression system to safeguard critical infrastructure.

The facility offers robust connectivity through Gold standard Cardinal Diversity with 4X diverse fiber routes and a carrier-neutral provider ecosystem, ensuring clients have access to flexible and resilient interconnection options.
